Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, clear, and flexible while maintaining structured management of the space.

Monthly desks (open space / fixed desk): Membership is on a monthly basis. You may cancel or choose not to renew by notifying us before the start of the next month. Once a month has begun, refunds are not provided for that month.

Meeting room / event & lecture hall rentals: Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Shorter notice cancellations may incur a partial or full charge depending on the type and scope of the booking.

Events, lectures, and evening packages: Cancellation terms are agreed upon in advance at the time of booking, depending on the nature and preparation required for the event.
